TOMMY HILFIGER
"The look is easy and casual. It's clean, polished, groomed and all about the skin." —Lisa Butler, lead makeup artist for MAC
Eye: Lightly dusting peach powder blush over the eyelids kept the look monochromatic. Lisa highlighted the inner corners with a sheer, pearl-gold eye shadow.
Face: By moisturizing the skin before applying MAC Face and Body Foundation, Lisa enhanced the girls' natural radiance with peach powder blush and gold shimmer on cheeks and temples.
Lip: Keeping the focus on the face, Lisa left lips bare, using only a touch of conditioner.
Pro Tip: "Taking time for skin preparation can make a huge difference. Massage moisturizer into your skin before applying a sheer foundation for a healthy, dewy look."
"The look is dramatic but with a softness to it. The inspiration for the collection was Botticelli and the contrast of black and white; the look pairs a strong eye and a soft lip."—Diane Kendal, lead makeup artist for MAC
Eye: Diane created a warm smoky eye by first blending MAC Smolder Eye Kohl along lash lines and the crease of the lids, then sweeping a black-brown shadow across the lids and under the eyes.
Face: Taupe powder blush sculpted the cheekbones. Pink blush on the apples of cheeks and a gold highlight on the tops of cheekbones balanced the drama of the smoky eye.
Lip: Diane used a layer of nude cream-texture lipstick to cover the natural color of the lips, followed by a sheer white frost.
Pro Tip: "To create a warm smoky eye, blend an eye shadow in a brown hue over the lids."
"The look is a fresh face with a hint of coral—a girl who is too young to wear makeup." —Gordon Espinet, lead makeup artist for MAC
Eye: MAC Brow Set was brushed against the eyebrows to create texture.
Face: A minimal amount of foundation was brushed onto skin for a sheer application. Depending on skin tone, either MAC Rich Coral or Virgin Isle Cream Colour Base was stippled onto the cheek bone and slightly toward the temple.
Lip: A sheer coral lip conditioner was pressed onto the center of the lips and blended for a natural moisturized lip with a hint of color.
Pro Tip: Apply cream texture blushes over foundation and blend before applying powder to set.
